Unfortunately, when it comes to Cyber Security career advice, there is a lot of garbage information out there. With the explosion of social media, it has become extremely easy to spread information that simply is not true but if you do not have experience then it can be hard to filter through the trash to find the gold. Do not get me wrong, there are many great content creators out there, but I frequently see terrible advice coming from people who are doing more harm than helping and getting mass exposure.
