When it comes to attackers, information gathering, or reconnaissance is extremely important and can be a determining factor in successful attacks. Through different Reconnaissance techniques, attackers can gain valuable information about our network to help in their attack. The better we can prevent network reconnaissance techniques, the less likely an attacker will be successful.
Join me in this video as we talk about how to prevent network reconnaissance techniques against our networks. Using these prevention measures, we can limit the information disclosed to an attacker and limit both the amount of successful attacks and the damage done to our network.
