Whenever I hear people trying to show the ROI or the return on investment of Cyber Security, it makes me cringe. The biggest concern with trying to show the ROI is that it is not a relevant metric in Cyber Security for most situations or companies. There is no question that we need to be on the same page with our financial people who control budgets and the fate of the business, however we can do better.
